Dubai Ex.& U.A.E DL, the essential reasons to lose 90 % of jobs for the new ambitious employees. Do u consider these conditions fair in all cases ?

Regarding Work Culture & Lifestyle, Dubai is the best, So it is normal for ambitious employees to relocate to Dubai. the competition is so high & this is normal, which is abnormal & unfair that u lose more than thousands opportunities due to2 conditions only, Dubai experience & UAE Driving License. while u have all the rest conditions.sometimes u feel guilty or as if u have inferiority complex because of these conditions. u have the skills, the experience of work under pressure & the highest level of risk, u have already ur country DL, all what u need is a new challenge & few days.

I am a victim of this requirement like many others. However, it's a demand-supply game.  In a competitive market like the UAE, they have competent people ALSO meeting the above two requirements so they don't NEED to consider others.

It's unfortunate but can''t really be considered unfair. Possible way forward is to start a bit lower than what you are qualified for, get the license, UAE experience and then grow... but that also depends on how good a job you have back home... like for me, the risk and cost involved is just too great
