It depends on the message and what it contains. It also depends on the international or universal nature of the message.
Geography and culture play a big in PR, I believe, and the success of PR is not so much determined by the cohesion of the message's wording or shape, but rather by the consistency of the results it yields in different contexts.
I agree with the notion that the US is the predominant exporter of "international identity", "popular culture" or "cosmopolitanism", embraced by millions around the world & embodied by having "melting pots" such as New York that is said the harbor the most diverse population in the world, including big Indian and Chinese communities. But US Indians and US Chinese people are not the same as national/indigenous citizens of Indian and China mainland.
A PR campaign around environment protection will most likely be different than another PR campaign around environment aimed at China and India, launched by the same corporation. A giant soft drink manufacturer may design a PR campaign around "tin recycling" in the US, while advocating "public sanitation utilities" in India, right?
Today, USA, is the only nation which has the largest economy and highest consuption rate of any product in comparision to any other country, so, therfore if there, a PR advertisement got success than, it can be implementalbe to other parts of the world.
USA's population also has got black heads from all over the world and they represent the market habits of their country there also. So, not only in India and China, it will have good impact in other countries also.
I think it ll have positive impact, for two reason one US media is so strong and other we are so impressed by their culture that we ll find it impressive.

U.s. of America is the dream for any one because have all development in the most fields. this country could to invade all mentality in the world and reflect good message on it, so it is good for any country if U.S company want to invest in it also it is advantage for any company want to work inside U.S America. As to China and India there is a few differece but the development and remarkable progress made has good message on some people but not same U.S.
