  1. it is because they are not flexible. An expert who is flexible can work in any type of organisation whether it is an organised one or not. Flexibility is important in this modern world.
  2. They lack a clear mind. a clear mind allows one to think outside the box. It helps one to interpret a certain situation differently depending on the circumstances.Organisations do survive in different political, economic, social environment and hence the need to attack situations differently.
