for me, if you are dealing with customer service, it's helpful to smile while talking to customer. i am currently working in a customer service telephone collections department and to assist my customers better, i smile so they can feel that i am glad to assist them aside from my main job which is to collect payments.

True. It conveys positivity to the person on the other end of the line. Its surprising because people can tell a lot over the phone just by listening to your voice over the phone. Try it next time you speak with a customer service agent on phone or even a friend.

Definitely, this is true. The clients can see your smile throw your pleasant tone and voice, which make them more comfortable , and feel that you are here to help him and you are happy with that. therefore, if your client is upset and angry your smile can change his mode to be calm and relax.

ABSOLUTELY NOT.    it is thinking fo rwomen only ..but if u talking to personal then depend on situation

on job it is not ok..be serious and jsut midn u r job can make women more respectfull and  honour
