100 BLIND LIONS + ONE DOG LEADER == THEY WILL DIE LIKE A DOG.100 BLIND DOGS + ONE LION LEADER == THEY WILL LIVE LIKE A LION & WILL DIE LIKE A LION ? WHAT YOU THINK ON THIS INTERESTING GAME STORY ?
Words of true ...He said Arab poetry: The lion is the lion, and if they cut his fingers and the dog is a dog, even sumptuous Crown of gold
GREAT PROPOSITION FOR TRUE LEADERSHIP,,,,, ONE DAY EVERY ONE HAS TO DIE,, NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW SOME ONE CHOOSE TO DIE....WITH THE CHARACTER OF A LION OR LIKE A DOG......... BOTH THE CASES ARMY WILL SUFFER COZ OF ENLIGHTMENT BUT IN THE LION,S LEADSRSHIP CHANCES ARE SOME WILL SURVIVE & OTHERS WILL DIE LIKE A LION......... INNOVATIVE ONE & INTERESTING,,, GOOD ONE
Zafar, your story throw light on the ENLIGHTMENT of visions and ethics.
I would like to say in support to you that A TRADITION GETS COMPLETE WHEN THE MASTER AND HIS PUPIL BOTH ARE ENLIGHTNED.
Here enlightend means the eye of catching the facts, but this principal is equally implemented naturally on all no matter its spititual or commerical or materialistic.
Hope you will like my views.
It's a fact. When your leader is a "Lion " the team always will prosper and reach its goals.
I see posting and the Tags mentioned thereof are "Magement. Leadership, Teamwork,Marketing & Sales'
Basically,
Both cases are extreme examples of extreme thinking and neither one will succeed. I prefer to have more and different scenarios How about adding some tigers, wolves, foxes, horses, ... in your examples ?? This will bring more variety and become more realistic as compared to real-life examples
Greetings
Even if the leader is a lion but if it is blind then whole skilled army will die
The leader must be cooperatiove, skilled, open minded and respect him team
Thanks, it is a good simulation.
The1st case, most of them/all will die because of the leader.
The2nd case, some of them will die because of the leader.
Good answer by Jameel Ahmed, I echo with him..
A blind lion is not really a lion. A blind lion following a dog is not necessarily stupid but temporarily needy.
A blind dog is not really a dog. A blind dog who leads a group of lions is not necessarily a leader but temporarily lucky.
Having said this, both lions and dogs do not need the sense of "sight" to have their way in life, as they are both blessed by natural instincts of "smelling threats and opportunities". Once blind, I can only imagine such senses to become even stronger and so the dog will know who's a lion and a lion will know who's a dog, eventually. They will know their true place in the animal kingdom.
I short: even if blind, dogs are dogs and lions are lions.100 lions soon enough will revolt and take the lead and one lion will easily lead100 blindly barking dogs, because dogs by nature are easily domesticated animals and lions revel in freedom and rule of the animal kingdom.
Definitly, the power of the leader leads the team to success.
Agree with this example.
