Is it overtime, outsourcing or temporary employment, what would you choose?
Hire temporary help if need be!
Sir,
You need to categrose the needs of the customer into operational and functional requirements. By doing this you clearly can see what are the requiremetns and what you need for example how much time, money etc etc. Now you have a clear picture and you are at a stage to make a better design of job completion and at this stage you can decide what you need more temporary employement or existing employees can do the job with little extra work or existing employees can do work within the time window. But the most important step to take is revisit your project break down activity that you made once you started the work.
Actually it depends on the amount of the work that need to be done and the type of industry, All three techniques exists for a reason so i might use any of them, depends on what i mentioned ......... But in a general perspective i'll go with "over-time", Because it's a short notice and temporary employment might take time, and in my opinion, outsourcing might affect the quality in some industries.
Neither. I think job sharing would be the best solution or compressed work time.
Overtime work, if the work involves technical and occupational skills and physical exertion is comparatively less.
