SDLC are many like agile, extream, programming and others. before you use one of them you need to ask yourself the follwing questions:

1- does your team is going to buy it?

2- does your uper manager will suport it?

3- does your team has the enpough skills to use it?

4- do you have enough tools to enforce its roles?

without these, even you have the best process ever it will not success.

It would be a bit odd to state that lebanon is the best place in the middle east to invest in real-estate today. But if you take a close look into the matter you will find that 1. lebanon is already a fine space for this kind of investment ( land has never lost it value and it's steadily improving in value across history) especially when it's total area is 10452km22.And keep this in mind........ Lebanon is on the verge of a major oil revolution.... Land will gain increase in value in ways we can't humanly understand very soon especially when oil has been found not only in several lebanese Mediterranean geological areas but also inland. There you have it lebanon is oddly the future of the middle east... Even on the stability scale.
