Which is the best Bootstrap framework or Jquery Mobile to implement mobile solution?

i have no doubt that jquery mobile is best because jquery mobile is special for smartphones, an tablets, even it will work in desctop.
i work much with bootstrap and i love bootstrap but this is true...

There is alot of frameworks that you can use for mobile development, some treat it as front-end frameworks (like Bootstrap, Foundation) others as Javascript Frameworks (like Jquery Mobile, Titanium Mobile, The M Project, Zepto, etc...).
Recently i start use bootstrap and feel comfortable with, didn't have chance to use other frameworks yet.
I believe depending on your needs in the mobile website/app planning to build or what you feel more comfort with you can choose which one of these is the best to you.

Though Bootstrap is used for standard websites, it's responsive.
That means, the same website can be viewed in mobile as compact site.
If you like and comfortable with Boostrap, go with it and use responsive techniques.

This is a good question! I didn't hear before of anyone using Bootstrap for mobile development.
I use jQuery Mobile, but not satisfied with it.

I think its you personal preference if you are comfortable with Bootstrap then you maybe say Bootstrap is only solution or vice verca Thing is both are not necessary to develop Responsive or Mobile site these are just tools to speedup your work pace so use the one which you feel easy to use.

or you can use phonegap
