At any univercity that has mechatronics undergraduate studies , you can apply for its masters degree programme . once you are addmitted you will start almost35-40 credit hours meanwhile you will determine your favourate field to prepare your thesis and good luck.
If you are located in Egypt, I highly recommend ASU as they hold a dedicated MSc. department not only degree like Cairo university or other peers.
