It is not right,
it may be efficiency = motivation X skills
But effectiveness is doing the right things.
effectiveness is doing the right things right the first time. it does involve skills but i don't see motivation being a deciding factor.
There is no fourmula of effectiveness what Rafat has explanined is on the target.
