The Label "Best Price" (or best pricing) may have totally different meanings for the manufacturer, seller/distributor/reseller and the customers.

For the manufacturer/seller it relates to manufacturing costs versus profit.

For the reseller/distributor it relates to distribution/storage/marketing costs in relation to profit.

 

For the customer it relates to (best) purchase price in relation to quality, ROI, similar products and/or budget.
