How could you change the deep old working culture of people who used to stop using their mind, and let them operating it without firing them ?

Every person on this earth is different from another person by thinking, understanding, action and using skills ability. Now when you deal them for a specific work either under your supervision or as team mate you should to accept them because you are same employee of that company as the others .Even your are boss or owner you have to consider many things because you want best results , profit and benefits.Now what should you do if you don't want to fire them but you want only results you have to read below and consider them for action :

1: Give them proper instruction that what job you want from them.

2: Explain them the situation.

3. Provide material, machinery, facilities of work and fulfill their demands.

4. Working hours must be added by few overtime hours daily basis or to finish the specific job.

5. Listen to them what they are telling or thinking or knowing about that work.

6. May be your education, experience, ability is not matching with them but you have to finish the job from them so this is your skills test.

7. Stop shouting or fighting because this will work for short time but your future tasks completion will be in danger by no cooperation.

8. Come close to the teams, exchange good views, ask about members feelings don't sit in office or at one corner to release orders and taking tension for not good results. 

9: Give chances and time for completion.

10: Don't deduct someone days or overtime if you don't like him this will make your heart sick because poor and innocent workers prayers can work if they cry or get big loss of money.

11: Every Colleague want respect and cooperation no one want someone become Army general just give orders. 

12: Mistakes can happen and human error is common.

13: Open your heart for people without caring their religion, race, country, nationality, language, their position. 

14: Don't do cheating, stealing or taking bribes this will make you demoralize in your company and people will start making stories against you. They will not give you respect.

15: Be afraid from God and come to office or site with a smiling and welcome face.

16: If found mistakes you can become angry but this just for time being to correct the work and give a message to be careful in future not to make the people afraid from your personality.

17: Good working environment can produce best results.

18: Word of appreciation, increment in salaries or forward approval for salary increment for good workers and award of over time can make you more popular in the team and you can get best results from your team.

19: Always remember your team mates or your worker name because when you call him by name he thinks you remembering him if they are big in number you can call them with a nice way. 

20: Don't think you know everything and people know nothing.

21: Job positions, job workers, job description, job difficulties, job results and many job related things are required full attention. This is your good luck to get good teams, good boss, good team mates, good workers, better environment simple job and time based finished opportunity. 

22: Always be thankful of God the one who is more merciful and kind. 

23: Help people and don’t mention by this way God will help you.
