That assesses employment correctly and during each test person by any jurisdiction

Worker does not need to test

Technical need to test the same jurisdiction

Eng need technical and professional interviews

Administrative need to test the language and computer etc ...

 

All of this begins by labor choice and that an ad hoc committee to select the nominees and give priority to each candidate shall be according to its efficiency and that there not be any excesses pour reverse labor interest group evaluates correctly and that there is justice in the selection and testing
