Yea the planning phase is very important, however, the execution of the plan is a rather more important one for me. the reason is, this is the phase where you have to co-ordinate all activities, where you have to pay attention to every detail, where you have to leave no stone unturned, cos in this phase, once you miss out the details, then all your efforts during the planning phase is wasted and eventually this would incure more costs, more resources, delay, breakdown in the progress and so on and so forth. so once again, the planning is important, but the execution/supervision is way more important for me.
