First of all, we need to understand that coaching is an ongoing process and not a one-time event. Constant development and training of the employees is of paramount importance to performance enhancement and optimization. HR management should advocate this idea and help implement and facilitate the coaching process. Seasoned and well-coached employees can be nominated as coaches to new entrants and rookies and less coached employees. Let us not forget that also coaches need to be coached and become coachees to a better coach. That is why coaching is a never ending process, and coaches can be brought from either within or without or both.
