If you want to join a company as employee you have to consider these steps for applying and after selection to join a company in Saudi Arabia:
1: Your education qualification for the concern job is important:
2: The post for which you are applied must be related to your qualification and experience.
3: After getting approval from your employer, your will get work agreement on which you have to sign then waiting for Saudi Arabia work visa.
4: This visa will be provided in your resident country by your Saudi Arabian employer for whom you are selected.
5: You have to go Saudi Arabia embassy situated in your country to stamp visa.
6: You must fulfill the entire requirement like valid Passport, attested educational and work certificates.
7: Saudi Embassy will verify your documents before stamp visa.
8: Your medical checkup from the authorized medical centers which is mentioned in the list of Saudi embassy will be required in which you must be "fit".
9: Travel agent fee must be submitted.
10: Air tickets for that city of Saudi Arabia where your employer company is working.
11: Before arrival you must inform your employer date, time of arrival.
12: Your Company will send one of their representatives to receive you from Airport.
13: According to your selection you got one contract letter in which company will provide you accommodation, medical insurance, transportation and leave package.
14: After joining you will do again a medical checkup in the related hospital in Saudi Arabia with a must “fit “result.
15: The Company will apply for you to get a work permit card (Iqama) which is valid for one year. Your employer will pay the entire fee.

As Mr.Qassam explained the details of procedures,
There is a legal experimental period of three months, where the right of any party can terminate the contract.
It requires the employee to prove him/her self in the tasks required of it and make the effort to solve problems in the proper procedures in place and try to start a new within the scope of his/her duties and responsibility.
The employee must also making the final decision in this period on the acceptance and satisfaction on the situation and the environment in which it will be due.
