Is DART (google's Web app programming) really going to replace the JS?

There is a rumor about DART that it is going to kick out JS in future. As it claim to be true OOP language with features like class, interface, inheritance etc. I cross my finger up, your thoughts?

Yes of course, but this is the second project google is embarking on.
They have another programming language before DART - O language, which doesn't have any impact in programming world.
However, google will make sure to promote this language as much as possible which I believe is not going to make any impact.
The fact is that, no programmer is ready to learn new language because of the learning curve and where is the job!.
From, my own view, DART will not make any impact though google will try as much as possible to promote but ...

Dart lang might be a winning option over so many others but replacing JS is not realistic with all the libraries around, compatibility with the browsers and the ECMA script standards.

And here we are 2018, JS is very much alive.

They announced Dar 2 as a complete rerewite.
