If a manager cannot speak publically then we cannot call him an active manager because this is the power of his language where he can impress, communicate, show his interest, power, ability to run the work, otherwise his silent skills will put him in big trouble like love to keep silent in a an organization means protect his less knowledge and experience which will show him the exit door one day or no promotion in organization.
