Transparency is one of the best practices in procurement as it is a critical parameter to be a successful leader. A transparent leader always endorses processes that are well documented and shared with each key stake-holders within the Organization. Any report that is shared with employer and senior management should have all details and facts clearly specified. Embrace new technology to bring more transparency in the organization.  

Transparency means maintain clear relationship between employer and employee in the organization for this transparency make organization mission,vision,goals set clear among  employee and employeer.

First make documentation for all of the things involving your work, make reports on these works  either daily,weekly or monthly to be presented on your supervisor or to your project manager. Discuss issues concerning your projects,problems encountered in the implementation of the project and what are the current status of the project. Discuss with all the people involved in the project. Make sure to have a weekly meeting and monthly meeting for update record all agenda discussed  during these meeting.
