Give an example of a situation in which you provided solution to an employer ?my answer would be -The trouble shooting reps in the technical help desk process were spending too much time in documentation and less time with the customers. This was leading to customer dissatisfaction even though the issue was resolved. It was leading to a high average handling time (AHT)that is more time in phone bills but as the reps were not talking to customers the customers were still giving a4 in a0-10 scale of customer satisfaction. By bringing down the documentation work the reps were spending productive billing minutes with the customers. Every billing minute of the long distance phone call was being utilized. The long distance telephone bills from India to US was also coming down and everyone was happy. What is yours?
