The products or services should be related to customers experience in it, it is overlapping.

No i dont agree If the products or the services was bad what an experience that he will had ? A bad exprience he will never come back to this company he will tell his friends to dont try it as his friends will tell them friends the same so the company will go down immediatly so sadly that there is people asking this question

Hi - Well, it is actually the product which attract major attention of customer, than dedicated and timely services, customer experince happens at a later stage, it is undoubtedly and equally important but if the product is eye catching than half of the battle is won...

I don't agree.
What does a customer experiences? He experiences the product and services and if the product and services are not upto his satisfaction, his experience will be negative.
Experience is related to product and services only.

No...Business is always about producs & services...it depends on how you will offer the services to your customers. it depends on how you will present the products to ur customers...in other words, be unique and use some tactics/ strategy on how you will markets your products to your customers to be attractive and likable...Customers will always try something new because of curiousity.

How can you experience a product or services before you bought it? The incentive to buy something can only come from the product or service itself, as long as you do not buy based upon experiences others already made and shared with you - but they also bought before they experienced anything. Nonetheless customer experience should always be considered with high priority during all stages of product life. Customer experience brings the best you can get: Customer loyality ideally ending up with active referral marketing.
