Poor performance is connected with the Efficiency and Output of the employee.

Misconduct is all about the employee's behaviour including willful poor performance.

if we don't follow the standards set as a benchmark for a certain job role we might end up having poor performance. While misconduct happens if we do something that is strictly against the rules and regulations set by the management and company.
