coz in middle east english subject are not popular they want them to teach arabic language coz usually they are muslim,,but it depends on school cATEGORY
In the Middle East, the interviewers are not competent enough to select good teachers, so they bring these so called native speakers believing that they can teach English. They don't realize that even in Arabic there are good and bad speakers.
