I used to be a lazy guy earlier, but I changed my living style as following which greatly helped me to be productive at work.
1. Walk to office from home both coming and going back.
2. Eat healthy food, and green tea only (stopped soft drinks, and even coffee)
3. Take periodic breaks from work for a brief walk or a social chat with other colleagues.
4. Work-outs - After work,30 minutes on tredmill daily from6.30 pm to7 pm
5. Have a walk in the park for30 minutes after dinner with wife and son.
I am strictly following these activities since past10 months, as a result I feel active both physically and mentally..
I can't leave the following activities to keep on fit mind:
1. Wake up early, max4.30 am, it starts day nicely from peace of early.
2. Sports,4 times atleast on a week. I can choose between jogging, aero and gym, or swimming.
3. Reading (mostly from net because I can browse even from mobile) is easiest way to fill spare time or while waiting.
4. Coffee time.
5. Health diet (trying to choose health food for daily)
6. Hanging out but it is occationally.
This is a reminder what ONE HAS to do daily... A very valuable question..Thank you very much..I would like to follow the answserS and very curious about it....

To avoid misunderstanding, this question actually refers to the habits done OUTSIDE working hours to improve productivity or DURING work hours to TACKLE routine. "Daily routine" herein refers to "Day structure".
For example, I used to do these activities interchangeably and at different times, as much as possible to free my mind.
