Well before you proceed to your client again you need to work in house to amend the operations for the best out comes possible and customer's expectations. Then you may approach the client again and tell him/her of your changes made and ensure better experience this time.

Your informing to client about the changes made will somehow build the trust that has already been collapsed and ensuring of the better outcome will help them make decission in your favour.

For me, clients are very important. They deserve the utmost care when rendering them a job. My goal is to make them satisfied with my work and the services that I offer them. If ever, they are not satisfied with the services I rendered then I'll make sure that there will be an open communication between me and the client. It is the key so that I may know which part of my work that the client is not satisfied of then i'll make the necessary solution to produce a better result and gain back the client's trust and confidence.
