You may have an excellent plan but a bad execution, on the other hand, you may excute well a bad plan. So, both are really very important and do compliment each other.
don't go one step ahead in implementation unless you have collected all required information (need and environmental analysis) then you go through the designing phase , other wise you are implementing (executing) a disaster :D
Planning is and will remain foremost over executing.
Both are important.
Executing is a complexion of planned goals,so in planning we identify the goals to be completed include: define strategies and monitoring all the steps in sequences to fulllfill the goal.so in my point of view the most important is to plan activities so that we can execute them effectively .
Planning Planning Planning then Executing
Both are important processes which cannot be compared because objectives of both processes are different. However a well planned projects have higher success rate. So, Planning is important in my view.
The important for planning to make schedule Objectives study the old status to enable of build new objective and you should be put the note with dead line to process your planning on time.
Both are having equal balance if u plan alone and didn’t execute it then you won’t get “success or result” if u execute anything without proper planning then your end result won’t be Positive
