The answer of a few lines can not be beneficial. However, I'll try my best to give a few basic tips in response.

- For better results the learners should be categorized in accordance with their needs; daily use, business, office, education English, etc.

- Prepare your lessons which are interesting and activity based.

- Activities should focus on basic4 disciplines; speaking, listening, reading and writing.

- Create an environment conducive to English learning. It is inclusive to conversing in simple English, encouraging a lot, use of Audio visual aids, preparation of multitask work sheet, opportunity to speak for everyone, etc.

- Teacher should be well prepared and confident with an ability to use body language for better expression of words.

- Use of native language of learners to explain new vocabulary.

- Group discussions for the learners to diminish hesitation lock.

- Avoid descriptive grammar directly which makes the learners confused.

- Appreciate learners in their assignments to build confidence.

- Create ample opportunities of practice which leads to perfection.
