Employee productivity has prime importance in every organization. Employees less productivity reflects the company’s overall business. Hence it is very important for every organization to keep productive employees for their business development.  A formal grievance procedure also motivates employees to work hard because they expect that their efforts will be fairly rewarded. When workers believe themselves to be employed by a company with transparent and employee-friendly policies, they may show greater effort and therefore increased productivity. Employee satisfaction can be possible by providing job security, appreciation, career growth, incentives and better working conditions.

Dear Tutunji

You asked a good question , I face the same question in very rood manner by one of senior person of finance while cost cutting meeting .

Let’s try to understand this by take an example of a machine its laminate the3 different polyester sheets on exact2.6 mm thickness if its sensor get a scratch so it cannot produce exact2.6 mm sheet.

Grievance is like a scratch on human brain its affect the productivity same manner like other resources lost their productivity.

I employee whose grievance sorted out can concentrate on his work on the other hand he want to associate himself with the company this help him to not only sustain productivity as will encourage to increase the productivity presently he/ she have

Employees are the one of the imported resources like other

Regards
