What is the ASA software version you are using? Also, are you using Cisco Any-connect VPN client or Clientless SSL VPN?
In case you are using Any-connect, you would need to download a Cisco Secure desktop version from the Cisco website that is compatible with the client. You can download the Secure desktop package from the following URL:
http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=&softwareid=&release=3.6.6249&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=all
Select the .pkg file that you can install on the ASA flash.
