There are various reasons:
1. Company growth and business specialization.
2. Break in career and candidate wants to get back to the industry.
3. Candidate wants to make career in that company or skill which is required in that company.
There r many reasons for this, the most important & real one is the company itself ! u want to start a Successful career in a great, reputed, leading company, for this u scrifies something to get a place in a company or the industry that u want.
