AGREED,,,, BUT HAVING GOOD LUCK IS NOT OUR AREA TO EXCEL ,,, OTHERS POINTS ARE PRE REQIUST FOR ANY SUCCESS............

In my view:

- Resources are necessary to succeed, sometimes you don't much resources

- Expertise is fine if it includes: skills, capabilities, qualifications, knowledge...

- Chance is fine unless you say "I am waiting for the chance to ...." then the chance will never come. It is you who should create the chance.

- LUCK!!!!! In business, I don't believe that luck exsists. Luck is a word that has been used by people as an excuus for not succeeding and by people who succeeded because the made the right choices whithout knowing what they are doing.

Agreed. Alongwith the expertise and resources you have, you need a bit of luck and a chance (right time to do right things...)
