I think that wee have many types of leadership
Transformational leadership : which enhances the motivation, morale, and job performance of followers through a variety of mechanisms.
and
Transactional leadership : which focuses on the role of supervision, organization, and group performance
That the management is a chair position which is not fixed for someone but always changed and comes in turn role means transacted from one to another.
While the leadership is a field position which transformation of personality needs build up changes to create the power of leading.
management is associated with the "how-to" get things done in the best way possible Leadership is about deciding what things are to be done and why

not every manager is leader manager we can mange as example who will manage his team get the normal result but transformational leader is a person who stimulates and inspires followers to achieve extraordinary outcomes
