IT HAPPENS MOST OF THE TIME THAT YOU DESIGN YOUR PLAN FOR SOME OTHER CLASS OF CUSTOMER AND YOU GET VERY GOOD RESPONSE FROM UNDEFINED CLASS,,,,, FIRST OF ALL SWITCH YOUR STRATEGY FOR THE NEW CLASS/SEGMENT ,,,, WELCOME THEM & ATTRACT THEM AS FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER,,,,, BUT DO NOT FORGET TO QUESTION THE SMART PRODUCT MANAGER ???? HE/SHE IS NOT SMART ENOUGH TO HUDGE THE EXPECTED MARKET SEGMENT,,,,     GOOD DAY

i will not deal with them , i just work on plan . beacuse stretagy & plan makers (managers, supervisors , owners) have more expirence thats why they set the target, if they want each & every customer then they dont have to set the targets & dont waste their time to make plans. so if i have target i will never work out of target customers.

its my opinion

Made new STP ( segmentation, targeting and positioning ) if you find that this new target segment will

1- improve your sales revenue and or relative market share and or profit margin and or reputation in the market

2-the new segment must be reachable ( in your current geographical area)

3- if you find that the acquisition cost for this market segment will be affordable from your company
