Listen to music with headphones to relax myself
Keep quite (Sometimes you say the nastiest things to anyone when you are in a bad mood which you will regret)
Ask my colleagues to stay away from me when Im in abad mood
Good Day!!!
The ability to manage your emotions and remain calm under pressure has a direct link to your performance.

Idon't see how a professional can;t control his mood or anger, being a professional comes after years of experience and training ,but in the case one bursts i always count to10 before answering anything.meditating and breathing will help calm you.

if you are in a bad mood it is your falt and nobody alse's,donot ask anyone to do anything,,it is your problem and you are the only one able to deal with it.
We are no supermen & we all have a bad day once in a while.
Having a bad day has nothing to do with them. You should be able to recognize this, acknowledge it and act duely by not taking it out on those who have nothing to do with whatever is upsetting you.
Now, if it is really pressing and working on your nerves, try honesty with those who may appreciate it (if it helps). People may be amazed at how fragility as a show of trust and honesty can work magic with people. "Sorry, I am having a really bad day, don't mind me too much".
