There is a concept of "Quality of data", which means:

1- In-time data

2- Accurate data

3- Accurate format

4- No padding

CloudPatrol alerts businesses when theft and misuse of mailing lists and other customer data occurs.

It is an independent monitoring service ensures businesses get to know when email lists and customer data has been stolen and misused, it’s their crown jewels and the data should be protected.

There should be a strict system of check and balance in the company and employee's accountability at work place is important to overcome such issues.

Good question sir. These days it become challenging to keep the IPR preserved. Company's data or customer's details are valuable IPR for company.. We have solid technoligies for data security, but still we hear cases of data being stolen or misused. This cannot happen without the interference of one or more people involved who have the access to data... There should be strict control on data access, only relevant information should be available to a particular employee.. If you see the software applications for company's, the access is restricted based on roles.. Senior people who have access to more details should be accountable, and a stricter policy should be in place to prevent data losses...
