The idea of planning is to weigh everything up and do things in the easiest and quickest way possible. so this case  you can't do things without planning. every hard working things have to be plan first.

Yup I totally Agreed There is no value in any plan except that it translates to action.  The word “degenerate” emphasizes that the plan must transform and go away as soon as it materializes.
