Well the first thing that I look at is the job role and its content. However, out of the options given by you my first consideration would be salary as the other parameters can be influenced after joining.
I agree with Mr. Thiab's much-saying answer: the job description.
And I do not mean by this the degree of fitness to my professional profile, but the way it is written. The way a job description/job-ad is written often tells you a lot about what to expect from the hiring company, in my opinion, using the way THEY are prioritising their requirements, expectations and rewards.
In random order: work environment, salary & management style play a bigger role to me. High-ranking employers often pay considerable attention to their job-ads and job descriptions.
First thing would be Job Description (JD) and second thing would be the reporting line (which shows where you fit in the organization) .. If these are OK , we can address the other things you mentioned in your question.
WORK ENVIRONMENT ,,,, ALL OTHER THINGS COME LATER THEN THAT FOR FEMALES,,,,
All of them but with different priorities
1. Company reputation.
2. Career Growth as part of JD.
Salary and recognition is received on performance however career growth should be visible.
Mine would be their strategy for employee improvement and training, then work environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Good Day!!!
One should be most concerned about the immediate manager, followed by
1. Work environment
2. Management style
3. Company size
4. Rank in the industry
5. Salary
Management Style,Ranking in Idustry and Work environment.
What this new job or company will add to me rather than my current one , and what I will add to the new job or company
