Under Accrual System of accounting all Incomes whether it is received or receivable and all expenses whether it is incurred or payable as on particular accounting date / period has to be accounted in order to arrive at true financial results by making respective provisions in accounts. This is normally, presently followed and recommended System ( Accrual System ). If it is accounted only on the basis of cash received or services provided without making any provision for receivable or payable it is called Cash Basis of accounting.
