Personally, I believe that if you look after your staff, they will look after their employer. It is very important to train staff correctly initially, and continue to keep their skills up to date with any new advancements.  It's also important to understand that everybody has something to offer, and by valuing each staff member's contribution, you instill a sense of belonging and loyalty to their company.
