Error must activate the role of human resources with the development strategies of the company is because the main financier of the career staff to reduce the occurrence of any loss to the company and choose the appropriate employee during the period of time developing the plan for any project
Must participate human resources during pricing projects so as the project required and the extent of the need and costs
