Behavioral Assessment during interview : Still effective or No?

We often come across with recruitment processes that includes behavioral assessment , some would consist5 whole pages of "Agree or Disagree" questions like "Are you punctual at work?" Is behavioral assessment really helpful in screening candidates? Because as we all know, anyone can just easily tick positive answers.

Obiously, behavioral assessment is a good system to select tehe right candidate to the right position. It identifies the potential candidate with relevant KSA, which is essential to meet the position requirement.
