Positive Effects:
1. Diversity of colleagues.
2. Develop positive attitude.
3. Increase adaptability skills.
4. Increase professionalism skills.
Negative Effects:
1. Nothing.
Positive effects:
1- Diversity of skills. Women excel at things like planning , organizing, best utilization of time, team building, multitasking ... While men excel at looking at the deepest and finest details and jobs that need long hours of concentration ... so each is needed in what they can do best
2- Makes both men and women do better jobs because they don't want the other gender to say that they are not deliverying
3- creates a healthy competitive spirit that increases productivity
As for the negative effects:
It could make some people distracted and involved in relations that wastes the company time
OVER ALL CONSIDERING THE IF,S & BUT,S ,,,,,,, CO-WORKER FROM BOTH THE GENDERS IS PROVED TO BE GOOD AROUND THE WORLD================= SO NO NEED TO GO IN TOO MUCH MICRO DETAILS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, EVERY ONE MUST BEHAVE GOOD FROM BOTH THE SIDES,,,,,, THE MAIN POINT IS THAT WE AS MALE DOMINATED CULTURE SHOULD ENCOURGE THE50% SILENT POPULATION (FEMALES ) TO PARTICIPATE & PLAY THEIR ACTIVE ROLE IN THIS FAST CHANGING WORLD============ GOOD DAY ,,,,, =============
I have positive thoughts. It will do good to the organisation and the society. All answers are welcome.
I see that the main factors:
1- Rules
2- Policies
3- Procedures
4- Rewarding system ...etc
not related to female or male or mixing
I will not say wether it is a negative effect or a positive effect. Every reaction has an equal reaction. If counted positive, Women are wok focused most of the time because they know why they re doing job or buisness and it is a universal tuth that Women are more passionate about the work they do. An employer can expect miracles from a female worker, Discipline is there when you have a female around you and we have more control of our language, second the employer can benefit is males performing their duties at the max, call it a male cycology or a male Genes I would emphazise that we tend to impress the opposite sex.
Now coming on the negativeness I will not critizie but yes they do create a distraction but that is10% which applies to the people who come for leisure and are not serious about their work. I m in the service insdustry and have seen that every5 males there is1 female recruited. The rest depends on a human nature and Cycology what they think.
I am sorry fellows, personally I don´t prefer that mainly from religious point of few. Sometimes I also see it from business point of few as a conflicting environment. I am not descriminating nor do I undervalue men or women, but facts are facts and my experience always supported my thoughts.
Advantages:
- Protecting equality
- It supports the learning process
- It stimulates competition
Disadvantages:
- It is a source of distraction
- More conflicts (you can never control how employees handle with or think about the other sex)
- limitation of freedom
