It is a very important part of Performance Management System to achieve a fair Performance Appraisal for your staff. It is to review the status of agreed objectives of the year. it is mandatory for each staff to ensure having one-to-one discussion with immediate superior with more focusing on the Results (for6 months), Gaps, Action Plan(s) to close the gap and superior's comments.
