Yes it is necessary to know the views of trainees for training and how to take advantage of the training material candidates

I agree with Mr. Hani. Just to add, critisism can be constructive as well.

We also have to look at personalities who we are appraising, for some carrot does not work at all there one has to use a stick if I have to take a manaement theory as example.

 

So sometimes it can be negative as long as the intention is constructive.
