Yes, we have already.
Yes, it is better than manual attendance for it helps in payroll as data is available to process: overtime, shift allowances etc. It keeps employees aware of their work time responsibilities too.
In spite of the staff complains and their hygiene concerns, I do believe attendance machine is efficient tool to control staff punctuality; furthermore it is integration with payroll is helpful to process payroll.
Digitally monitored attendance eliminates human error, so yes it works better.
Moving forward with new technology is an advantage, finger attendance marking is a very good tool to encourage staff attendance on time. It is conveniant on the preparation of OT and pay related matters. Further, digital data can be stored very easily and keeping records for many years is simplified. Data sharing and providing Management Information with regard to staff attendance , OT or any related matter is very easy.
This has a dettterent on habitual late comers. If this is coupled with a CCTV, better results can be obtained very easily.
Good Day!!!
Yes off course....... It works better, saves time, energy & resources and reduce the risk of false reporting of attendance and puntuality.
This is the best means to keep track of hours each employee invests in firm as it describes the efficiency of each employee as well as easier to track late comers.
yes if Worker s work in one place
I don't believe in monitoring the time , what I feel is from unskill to highly skilled everyone should have sense of belongingness and work for one purpose which is growth of the company. If we are able to keep them self motovated for this sole purpose then work will be their prime motto not just to be on time and leave on time.
Yes. Digitally monitored attendance system works better than the manual approaches. We are currently implementing it and so far there is no problem with it, retina scan will by far be the best method of biometric scanning, but this is an expensive type of system and should be applicable only with very large corporations. Biometric attendance system is very accurate and leaves no room for any human alterations. Less secure systems will also include Access IDs, barcode scanning on company IDs, or personal log-in on an online attendance system.
Yes.
Thump impression is unique and100% accurate measure. No manuplations or alterations possible. This is also a unique evidence.
This is helpful in organisations where punctuality and discipline are given highest priority and maintain the most efficient man mangement.
So far not happend to be a part of it.
