Usually im developing my own metrics and standards & KPIs to measure the safety performance of and organization because those metrics had to developed based on your vision and strategies taken to implement the SMS ,,,those metrics could be number of accident.

, number of minor accident , number of major accident , number of dissability , number of fatilites, lost working days / hours , lost incident rate...number of safey violation , number of unsafe acts , number of unsafe condition , near misses and so on .

Anyway here is the (TRIR)

Your Total Recordable Incidence Rate (TRIR) is a measure of the rate of

recordable workplace injuries, normalized per100 workers per year.

The factor is derived by multiplying the number of recordable injuries in a

calendar year by200,000 (100 employees working2000 hours per year)

and dividing this value by the total man-hours actually worked in the year.

I m sorry but I do not understand you need  injury rates and the rates of blobs?

or you want to put a specific account of the number of hours of safety in the project?
