I don't have any experience in call center but from what I heard from friends, customer service is most challenging. The customers gets rude and abuse call center agents.
Technical Support
If we particularly talk about Call Center then it might be customer service. Otherwise sales department is more challenging.
I'd say sales especially if Targets are involved. I personally feel comfortable handling inquiries or doing technical support/ assistance. Regardless of how rude people are, to me, it's fun. And when work is fun, you can give your best. Regards to y'all.
