Building good relationships with the customers, and knowing their needs.
After that showing them how the product can fit their needs, and building on what the product can present compared to what is already present in the market, focusing on the benefits of the product and its advantages over the competitors.

When I am selling Brand product I should know the following for to complete the target as an outstanding sale.
Proper product knowledge- sometime customer knows more than you and he may ask many questions which you have to answer it properly.
Brand media knowledge : Proper knowledge of media by marketing division.
Competitors Knowledge : Need homework about competitors prices,schemes,media,little Product knowledge similar to your products, and you have to explains promoting your products, if customers raise the questions.
Good Presentation : Good personal appearance because you are selling Brand products, it makes good impression with customers.Good greeting of the day and good service.
Think that customers are always clever.
