Will you:

A. Ignore him

B. Complain to the manager

C. Talk to him

D. Defend yourself and fight back

E. Something else

Most probably that person is frustrated as some one else may be doing the same to him.
It is better to talk to him. Share experiances. Be careful but honest with your answers. That should help. Other wise if that person has an effect on ur PMS rating complaint against him but otherwise u can ignore him.
I would suggest that the most important and first priority action is to make your boss (sales supervisor/manager) aware of the situation ... and seek his/her advice on how to deal with the situation.
First talk to him (C) to find what is his problem and why is he doing this? Even after couple of talks, he still doesn't change then ignore him as long as you are doing right things in your job..
He is your collegue and not your boss. Try to first influence upon him/her in a polite manner to have positve thoughts and actions and not to be bothering you with negetive feelings and repulsive behaviour.
If there is no change in his behaviour, give a warning that if he does not change his behaviour, you would report the matter to your boss/manager/team leader.
Still if there is no change in his behaviour, report the matter to your boss/manager/team leader and ask for the person to be replaced.
I think if it continued to go on I would try a combination of all of the above. Confronting the colleague should work. If not then someone else has to get involved higher than me. At the same time you should by all means defend yourself and your performance, you never know who overhears these things.
At the same time - E. Write everything down: what was said/done, who was there to witness, when it happened, where it happened, all the details. These type of guys have a hard time defending themselves on paper, and paper rules the modern world.
Ignore him and think better to make the sale success...
Option no= C: Talk to him because:
When you talk to him with polite manner he will change his attitude. Don't think that one time talk is enough you must keep in touch with him and help him. The more you help me & show your good intentions the more he will convert from bad to good. People become jealous and this is natural thing nowadays but you must not show your angry mood otherwise fight will start which will bring you a bad name.
Try your best and keep faith on God and don't stop your hard work. These are work environment challenges where successful people always manage with top tactics.
i cant ignore him because he may continue coursing me more damages also I cant complain to the manage it wont help sometimes managers are not helpful in some matters I think it will just bring question marks I prefer talking to him (c) and (d) I will only take the first part defend my self and If he wont understand I guess I should use plan (2) which is not included in your list.
I think we all need to understand the magic of talking especially if you choose the right time, right words and right manner. I believe if there is a talk channel between people that is based on RESPECT, most of the problems in the world will be solved.
I may, unintentionally, do something wrong that you don't like, but if you don't talk to me, I will keep doing it. Even if I do it express, your polite feedback will mostly change my attitude.
Ignore as if there is no such a person in the picture...carry on your works with more vigour and achievements so that you are not at all the reach of the so called your friend.
Feed backs are to be evaluated before deciding whether it's worth absorbing. In my opinion the given feedback / learning deserves ignorance and silence would convey tons of message to that person to keep wondering about the reasons for silence.
