In the world of change management, one way to know the process meaning is to use the " ...ing" form instead using verbs. Explain?

Regardless if this is change management or something else, understanding processes and what they do is essential to be able to handle these processes ...  Adding the "ïng"thing to the verb could be helpful ... as we trun actions (verbs) into activities or tasks that need to be done.  But this is not enough to gain the necessary insight inside the process itself !.

May I suggest the6 key approach to understanding and digging inside processes ?

collect fees has the same meaning of collecting fees

Beside the content given by our friends, the ~ing as we all know will give the verb the continuity feature.

In the change management, our goal of change is to improve the organization by altering how work is done.

So, change management incorporates the organizational tools that can be utilized to help individuals make successful personal transitions resulting in the adoption and realization of change.

From the above words, especially the last two lines, we understand that change management processes include a continuous utilization of all available tools to improve the output of other processes.
